Do you offer a nationwide installation service?
Yes. We have installation teams that cover all areas of the UK – morning, noon and night.
What qualifications are held by your installation teams?
All our installation teams are health and safety trained to the latest requirements of the most stringent environments and carry CSCS, PASMA and IPAF certificates.
Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes we charge a minimum £150. We have a minimum charge to cover administration to include artwork, pre-press, printing, scrap and waste. However, we can allow jobs to be nested to eliminate a minimum charge.
Can you match to Pantone colours?
Our printers can match almost any pantone colour you provide. We also hold a vast array of vinyl colours in stock, many of which will match to standard pantone references.
How do you manage file transfers?
You can supply your artwork files in the following ways:
You can go to the homepage of our website and use the ‘Upload Artwork’ button or you can send us a USB Stick. We can also receive files of up to 25mb by email.

What DPI can you print up to?
1080 is the highest dpi we can print.
What substrates can you print on to?
The full list is almost endless but some of the more common substrates are: PVC, mesh, flag, canvas, backlit, melonex, paper, vinyl, foamex, correx, acrylic, dibond, glass, etc, etc…
How large can you print?
We can print 5m x 45m in one piece on our roll to roll machines, anything over 5m can be achieved with tiling. The largest area we can print in one piece on our flatbed machines is 3m x 2m.
What machinery do you have?
We have: HP XP5300, Vutek GS5000R, Zund G3 1800, Zund G3 3200, Vutek 5R, Vutek HS125 Pro (2 machines, one purchased 2017, one purchased 2019).
Do you supply proofs?
Once you have placed your order and we have received your artwork or design request our studio will produce a proof detailing size, quantity, finishing, colour matches and any other relevant information. We will then email the proof to you and, when you have replied with confirmation that you are happy for us to proceed, your job will be moved into production.
